Meet Natalie

I'm Natalie, an HCPC Registered Health Psychologist with experience across the NHS, third sector services and academic research. Alongside my clinical work, I'm completing a PhD at King's College London, where my research focuses on improving health outcomes and quality of life.

Throughout my career, I've worked with people experiencing complex health challenges and have seen first-hand how psychological support can transform lives. Time and again, I've also seen people struggle to access support that truly considers the whole person rather than focusing only on symptoms.

That's why I created Health Psychology Daily. I believe understanding your health is the first step towards changing it. My approach combines evidence-based psychology with practical behaviour-change strategies, helping you build confidence, make sustainable changes, and improve your quality of life.

My Philosophy

Understanding your health is the first step towards changing it.

Too often, people are told that symptoms affecting their daily lives are "normal" and that they simply have to live with them. While many health challenges are common, that doesn't mean they should be accepted without support.

I believe therapy should help you understand your health as a whole. Together, we'll explore the physical, psychological and social factors influencing your wellbeing, before developing practical, evidence-based strategies that fit your life. I aim to help you feel confident, informed and back in control of your health.
