No. You don't need a formal diagnosis to seek health psychology support. We can focus on the challenges you're experiencing and what you'd like to change or understand.

I offer online appointments and in-person appointments in Central London.

Sessions are 50 minutes.

This depends on your individual needs and goals. We'll discuss what would be most appropriate during your initial consultation and review this together as we go.

The initial consultation gives us an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to psychological support, what you'd like help with and what you're hoping to achieve. It's also an opportunity for you to ask questions and decide whether you'd like to continue working together.

No. As a Health Psychologist, I provide psychological support and do not prescribe medication or provide medical treatment. Where appropriate, psychological support can complement the care you receive from your GP or other healthcare professionals.

I require 48 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to appointments. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full session fee.
