Alongside my clinical work, I am completing a PhD at King's College London and have published research exploring health, behaviour change and addiction. My research focuses on improving quality of life and ensuring healthcare is informed by robust scientific evidence.

I believe research and clinical practice should go hand in hand. By staying actively involved in research, I bring the latest evidence into my work with clients.
